This has been a great multivitamin for daily use. I picked it because it is one of few that have methyl folate and methylcobalmin, which was important in my decision when shopping for a vitamin. Great product! The only downside is the price point, but I’m willing to spend it for a quality product.  I received a discount from shop.kleanathlete.com in exchange for an honest, unbiased review
