I really like what it does for my workout but I do not love the flavor. I would prefer an orange to go with the BCAA that I take.

Excellent Pre Workout for Endurance!
This took a little bit for me to get use to on two fronts...1. My pre workout has been in capsule form in the past and 2. I didn't love the taste right off the bat. I'm SO glad I stuck with it. I've grown to absolutely love the natural taste and even had to throw out my old post workout amino drink because it tasted so artificial. (I've switched to the Klean Essential Aminos +HMB). You know how coffee is somewhat of an acquired taste first thing in the morning and once you're hooked your hooked...it's kind of like the 30 minutes before I run...lol! I definitely feel it gives me a boost without the jitters. Zero crashing as I get through my long runs. Highly recommend!
